9.1.2020 Stuttgart. The Supervisory Board of Daimler Mobility AG by by eefje Dikker effective 1. January 2020, as a member of the Executive Board and labor Director ordered.
The 49-year-old Dutch woman is responsible for all aspects of human resources management of Daimler Mobility AG, which is active in more than 40 countries with a total of around 13,000 employees. By by eefje Dikker reported as a member of Daimler’s HR Executive Committee to Wilfried Porth, Board member for personnel and labor Director of Daimler AG & Mercedes-Benz Vans, and Franz Reiner, CEO of Daimler Mobility AG.

The Board of management of Daimler Mobility AG now consists of seven members, including two women.
After her studies of communication Sciences at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, a rose by by eefje Dikker 1996 as a Trainee at Mercedes-Benz AG, and was to 2014 in various management positions in the Daimler group, including as head of Global Executive HR and head of Compensation, Benefits & HR Policies. Subsequently, she founded a recruitment Agency in the Netherlands with the focus on female executives. In 2017, she took over the management of the human resources area of Athlon International B. V., the fleet Management specialists from Daimler Mobility, with headquarters in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Since June of 2019, she directs are going to the Human Resources division of Daimler Mobility AG.
