13.6.2019 Mladá Boleslav. ŠKODA AUTO is calling on its employees to actively contribute ideas for improvements in the entire company: in 2018, the employees of ŠKODA AUTO have submitted more proposals than ever before.
About 60 percent of the total of nearly 30,000 ideas implemented by the automobile manufacturers successfully. Each of the measures save resources or cost, increase the safety in operation or the ergonomics in the workplace. The best proposals, the company is rewarded in the framework of idea management, ZEBRA now with cash prizes and raffled off four Times a year, vehicles are among the participants.

Ideas for process optimization, increase of work safety, health protection and working conditions, as well as to environmental protection is followed.
