The ŠKODA SUPERB can already look back on an 85-year-old history: The 1935 produced top class SUPERB model 640 what, at that time as a very modern design, had a Central tube frame, independent suspension all around, hydraulic brakes, and powerful six-cylinder engine with 40,5 kW (55 HP). In combination with a technically advanced five-speed gearbox, the RAPID 135 came up to 150 km/h maximum speed.
