13.3.2019. The Alliance Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi to get a new management structure. This was announced today at a press conference in Yokohama, Jean-Dominique Senard, President of Renault, and Hiroto Saikawa, the CEO of Nissan, Thierry Bolloré, CEO of Renault, and Osamu Masuko, CEO of Mitsubishi Motors.
It is intended according to the Declaration, to form a new Alliance Operating Board. The aim of the new management structure was to strengthen the Alliance, and to lay the foundations for his future successes.
Jean-Dominique Senard is Chairman of the Alliance Operation Boards. In addition, the respective chief Executive officer (CEO) of Nissan, Renault and Mitsubishi Motors, members of the Board.
The Alliance Board is the only body that oversees the operations and management of the Alliance. It will replace Renault Nissan BV (RNBV), and Nissan, Mitsubishi BV (NMBV), and stands for the “fresh start” of the Alliance.
