27.3.2019. From 2004 to 2009, Tom Kristensen for Audi launched the DTM. In the case of a four-day Event from Audi’s Partner, MASCOT® WORKWEAR in Denmark, the Le Mans record winner made a brief “Comeback”.
Famous Kristensen, became particularly by his nine triumphs at the 24-hour race in Le Mans. With nine Pole Positions, four race victories and 18 podium places-in-the-Dane-for-Audi in the DTM very successful.
“Therefore, Tom, what a perfect choice to inspire our guests at the Danish apparel partner for the Motorsport and the DTM,” says Romolo Liebchen, head of International partnerships at Audi Motorsport. “They were from the new MASCOT headquarters just as impressed as our DTM car.”
More than 750 guests of MASCOT merchants from all over Europe came to the opening of the nearly 35,000 square feet of new corporate headquarters in Engesvang, among other things, a new collection with the aptly named “Accelerate” what is presented.

The event in Denmark was the starting shot for an expanded partnership between Audi and MASCOT. In the season of 2019 for the first time in the Audi RS 5 DTM in the colours of MASCOT in the DTM at the Start. He will look similar to that of Tom Kristensen-driven race taxi.
