It is a unique Initiative in the Volkswagen group when it comes to the use of employees with activity limitations in the production: The demography project enables DISTRIBUTION at the Wolfsburg location, around 300 employees with activity limitations, their skills and knowledge in vehicle production process.
Around 70 jobs have been created since the spring of 2018 in the Cockpit pre-Assembly of the hall 35. There, 1,200 of instruments are daily sheets are also manufactured for the Volkswagen models Tiguan and Touran as well as SEAT Tarraco – a win-win for the employees and for the brand Volkswagen.
