VW beetle with Subaru engine has the performance of the new Porsche 911

Adonis (Yes, it really is called that) is a Volkswagen Enthusiast from South Africa. And he had a dream. He wanted to build a beetle, the other, supposedly more powerful cars in a Drag race teaches the meaning of Fear. A VW beetle he had already, but he wanted a much faster. So in his Vision, and the following image was launched, it served as an Inspiration.


Inspired by this speed hunters-Beetle decided to Adonis, to realize his dream.

Adonis followed the advice of various Tuner and started his project with a Super Beetle, a little taller, a much more modern front axle has and the Extra Power better. Throughout the ten years it lasted until the car, as it presented itself to the Builder. But when you see him on the street, seems to be the effort to have been worthwhile.

The heart of The crazy rebuilding a Subaru boxer engine in the rear of the beetle is significantly more hullabaloo. Finally sounds reasonable to swap a boxer against a boxer motor. It is a 2.0-Liter EJ20 engine, which presumably originates from an Impreza or an old Legacy. The engine modification includes a new turbocharger, larger injectors, a Custom exhaust system and various other Upgrades, because at the end of a power output of 281 kW; 382 HP.
