Carsten Isensee’s new SEAT management Board for Finance

31.5.2019. Carsten Isensee, with effect to 1. June 2019, with his Position as a new SEAT management Board for Finance. He succeeds Holger Kintscher, the by 1. June as a member of the Board for Finance and IT to Volkswagen commercial vehicles switches.

Isensee spent his entire professional career with the Volkswagen group. Previously, he was responsible for the Board area Finance at Volkswagen Group China. Isensee wants to follow at SEAT, the goal is to ensure the record numbers of the company’s profit and investment for the long term and to strengthen the financial base for future projects.

Carsten Isensee (59) acquired at the University of Wilhelmshaven with a degree in business administration. He joined the Volkswagen group in 1987 and held various positions in the Finance Department of Volkswagen – both at the group headquarters in Germany as well as in Slovakia, South Africa, Brazil and China.

As of 2014, he was responsible for the financial area of Volkswagen Group China. In addition, he implemented various organizational restructuring programs and what is involved in China in a leading role in it, intelligent mobility, promoting services and digital Services.
